1. We started this awards program to give computer artists the recognition they deserve and to further spread the awareness of computer generated art. We feel this is the best way to practice our website's motto of "Celebrating Digital Art".

2. There are five volunteer judges for our awards program: two traditional artists and three individuals that are experienced in the computer industry. Due to the subjective nature of the judging, the judges will remain anonymous. This was an agreement reached between those participating in this awards program and the main contributor of this site as an incentive for their free participation. If you have questions, the director of this program can be contacted by email only at contactus@mcscreations.com. Due to the number of submissions we expect each week, please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for any response.

3. Each month the names of all eligible award winners will be added to our winners roster. Monthly winners will be posted at the beginning of the following month.

4. All artwork that wins an award will receive an email with our award logo that may be added to their website to showcase their achievement. Instructions will be included in your email on how to link back to this site.

5. Please submit only your artwork. We are not responsible for protecting the copyright of your work.

6. No artwork of a pornographic nature, offensive nudity, or excessive violence, please. We reserve the right to refuse any artwork.

7. To find out about the judging process or see the award icons please go to the judging page.

8. If you would like your artwork removed please email us at contactus@mcscreations.com.

Special Note: Our intention is to celebrate digital art. If you submit artwork and it does not receive an award or does not receive the level of recognition that you feel it deserves please remember that it is just the subjective opinion of others. Do not be discouraged, you may submit other work.

The director of this awards program used her own computer generated artwork, featured on this site, as a test for the judging panel. Those artworks that won awards are marked throughout the site. You may browse the main site to see an example of the type of judging you can expect.
